• PAK'nSAVE Hornby is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and hands-on Bakery Assistant Manager to help lead one of the busiest departments in our store.

🍞 What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting the Bakery Manager in the day-to-day running of the department.
• Leading, coaching and motivating the bakery team.
• Producing high-quality bakery products our customers love.
• Ensuring excellent food safety, hygiene and compliance standards.
• Assisting with ordering, stock control and minimising waste.
• Helping deliver a department that is clean, well-presented and customer focused.

⭐ We're Looking For Someone Who:

✔ Has previous bakery or supermarket experience (leadership experience is an advantage).

✔ Leads with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

✔ Enjoys mentoring and developing others.

✔ Has excellent organisation and communication skills.

✔ Takes pride in producing quality products every day.

✔ Can work efficiently in a busy environment and make sound decisions.

✔ Is reliable and committed to early starts.

🕓 Hours

• Tuesday – Saturday
• 4:00am – 1:00pm
