About the role:
As an Asset Manager, you’ll be developing and implementing strategies to improve property performance and maximise returns on our retail portfolio.
In your day to day, you will be expected to:
• Oversee the day-to-day management of retail properties, including leasing, budgeting, and maintenance
• Build and maintain relationships with our store owners, tenants, and external landlords, as well as relevant authorities, utilities and agencies
• Manage and negotiate the acquisition, development and disposal of property assets, to ensure strong financial performance.
• Assist the Portfolio Services Manager with budgeting and forecasting cash flows, maximizing returns on investments, analysing market trends and evaluating investment opportunities.
About you:
You’ll be able to hit the ground running with proven experience in retail property management and a strong knowledge of local real estate market and regulations. Ideally, you’ll also be:
• Results driven, analytical and commercially savvy.
• Confident in your negotiation skills and bring a clear communication style that leads to successful stakeholder management
• Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Property or Asset management related field
