About the role:

As an Administrator you’ll play a key role in supporting the rollout and ongoing changes to new technology across our supply chain, retail stores and support office.

 

You’ll be responsible for administering the changes to the supplier agreement processes. From validating supplier data to coordinating updates and tracking agreement execution, you’ll play a critical part in keeping everything accurate and on time.

 

You’ll work closely with cross functional teams, using skills in data entry and management to ensure agreements are processed efficiently and correctly. 

 

This is a fixed term role for 6 months, and is Christchurch based. 

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Confirm and validate current supplier lists and data with business stakeholders.
  • Verify supplier contact information and capture amendments
  • Coordinate with Merchandise and other teams to update agreement condition rules.
  • Assist with automation processes and testing for agreement data population
  • Review automated documents against master agreement data for accuracy

About you:

You’ll be organised accurate and comfortable working with data and documents in a fast – paced environment. You enjoy collaborating across teams ensuring processes remain running smoothly. Ideally, you’ll also have:

 

  • Willingness to learn and understand the supplier management and agreement process.
  • Strong skills using data and documentation management.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to maintain accuracy in high volume, repetitive process.
