We’re looking for an Administration Assistant who can support the day-to-day running of our busy store and help keep everything ticking along behind the scenes.

The Role
This is a hands-on admin role with plenty of variety. You’ll be the go-to person for keeping admin processes on track and ensuring staff have what they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Completing daily, weekly, and monthly administrative tasks
- Processing payroll and assisting with onboarding requirements
- Maintaining employee records
- Managing invoice entry and loading promotions
What You'll Bring:
- Excellent time management and great attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP systems
- Knowledge of payroll systems
- High level of initiative and commitment

This is a full-time position (Monday – Friday, 7.30am – 4.00pm).
