Administration Assistant
We are a busy Christchurch Supermarket looking for an administration assistant to join our administration team.
Our team is looking for someone who can complete high‑quality admin and accounts tasks to store standards. We value great communication, teamwork, and reliability.
Essential Requirements
- Previous administration experience.
- Strong computer skills.
- High level of initiative and commitment.
- Well developed time management and organisational skills - accurate with strong attention to detail.
- Experience in SAP systems preferred
Duties Include:
- Invoicing and supplier account maintenance
- Banking and account reconciliation.
- Ensure administrative daily, weekly, monthly, bi-annual and annual tasks are completed to the agreed standard
- Payroll processing functions (as required).
- Assisting the Customer Service team when needed.
- Providing helpful, accurate advice to customers by staying up to date with product and promotional information.
This is role will be either full-time or part-time depending on the candidate.
This role would suit someone who can work well both independently and as part of a team in a busy environment.
