We’re looking for an Administration Assistant who can bring energy, accuracy, and initiative to a role that’s central to our store’s success.

The Role
This is a varied position combining administration and HR support. You’ll be the go-to person for keeping processes on track and ensuring staff have what they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly admin tasks
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff training
- Maintain employee records and HR compliance
- Design weekly content for our staff messages
- Provide excellent customer service and uphold store policies
What You'll Bring:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP systems
- Understanding of HR processes and payroll systems
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- High level of initiative and commitment
- Strong design skills for creating engaging internal content

This is a full-time position (Monday – Friday).
