About the programme

 

Are you ready to kickstart your career? Our Graduate Programme is focused on addressing real-world challenges, diving into business initiatives, and identifying where your strengths can best be applied. As well as your rotations, you’ll also experience working in one of our retail stores gaining a deeper understanding of our customers and their needs.

 

All of our graduates will be offered a permanent role from the beginning and receive a starting bonus – we want to show our commitment to you for choosing us. 

 

Over the 24-month programme, you will:

 

  • Experience three 8-month rotations in various roles and projects, examples of possible streams are Information Technology, Supply Chain, Merchandise and Marketing. 
  • Work alongside senior professionals who are dedicated to guiding your development journey with structured, on-the-job training, and tailored learning plans.
  • Access a wealth of professional development opportunities, including mentorship.
     

About you

 

  • Finishing your bachelor’s or postgraduate degree at a NZ university or polytechnic in 2024 or have recently graduated (last 24-months). 
  • Have a growth mindset with desire to challenge yourself and continuously keep learning.
  • Results-focused, resilient, and resourceful.
  • A team player who values collaboration. 
  • Able to build effective and meaningful relationships.

Our recruitment process will include an online application, a video interview followed by Psychometric Assessments and an Assessment Centre. We will shortlist at each stage of the process with offers being sent out in May/June and the programme starting in January/February 2025.
