About the role:
As a Trents Sales Representative, you’ll build strong relationships and identify opportunities, working closely with existing customers while actively developing new business within your territory.
You’ll play a key part in growing market share across the foodservice and convenience channels, ensuring customers receive exceptional service and tailored solutions that support their success.

Key responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of accounts to drive ongoing sales growth through high service levels and strong relationships
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities across your territory
- Developing and executing a territory sales plan to deliver revenue and gross profit targets
- Building trusted relationships with customers and members to support long-term growth
- Identifying sales gaps and growth opportunities using reporting tools and customer insights
- Maintaining a structured call cycle to ensure regular and effective customer management
About you:
You’re a driven and personable sales professional who enjoys building relationships and delivering results. You’re proactive, organised and confident identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and new business. Ideally you’ll also have:
- Experience in sale, account management, business development or customer service environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust quickly
- A proactive approach to identifying and converting sales opportunities
- Solid organisation skills, with the ability to manage busy territory
- Confidence using CRM tools and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to deliver mutually beneficial outcomes
