Duty Manager - Four Square Twizel

We are looking for an energetic and motivated person with a positive attitude to join our team.

About the role:

• Ideally we are looking for a qualified Duty Manager, or someone with 6 months' experience in the grocery industry or service of alcohol who is willing to complete their Duty Manager qualification.
• If you have other industry customer service and retail experience and are prepared to complete the Duty Manager training plus be flexible with your work hours we will also consider your application.

Key responsibilities:

The role will involve a mix of duties across all departments, computer literacy & a reasonable level of physical fitness are required.

Hours/Days:

• Weekend work and shifts across our opening hours 7.30am to 8pm will be required
• 30 hours per week in winter and 40 hours per week in summer

The initial pattern of work will be:

• Monday, Saturday, Sunday 11am to 7.15pm
• Tuesday 3pm to 7.15pm
• Wednesday 8am to 12pm

However this may change as the business requirements change. 

Hourly rate is $24.50 to $27.00 per hour
