Customer Service Supervisor - New World Wigram
New World Wigram services the Wigram community, and surrounding suburbs. We are looking for a passionate and motivated person to join our team as a part time Customer Service Supervisor.
The Customer Service Supervisor role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day checkout operations, resolving customer queries at the checkout, assisting with Checkout Manager tasks where required, and facilitating the sale of restricted items.
This is a permanent, part time role with a total of 17.5 hours week, with the opportunity to pick up more shifts when available. Additional hours will be required from time to time to cover illness and leave for other Supervisors.
The hours will be:
Monday: 4:30pm – 9.30pm
Thursday: 3pm – 10pm
Sunday: 3:30pm – 10pm
The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, have great initiative and leadership skills, be a team player, and of course have top notch attitude towards customer service.
Previous experience in retail or supermarkets is an advantage, but not essential – we are looking for the right person who will fit perfectly in our friendly team environment.
A current Duty Manager’s Certificate would be beneficial, but training will be provided for the successful applicant to apply for one. You must be at least 20 years old to obtain a Duty Managers Certificate.
