At Bishopdale New World aka "The Bish" we're looking for a talented Bakery Manager to take the helm of our fantastic bakery team and deliver an unforgettable experience to our customers one delicious loaf at a time!
We need someone who’s ready to pick up the whisk and lead with energy, enthusiasm and plenty of fun!
What You’ll Be Doing:
Leading the Oven-Roaring Crew: Manage and inspire a team of passionate bakers ensuring they create the very best bread cakes, sweet treats and donuts! You’ll be the secret ingredient that keeps the bakery humming.
Customer Happiness Hero: Ensure every customer leaves with a smile (and hopefully a bag full of pastries). You’ll oversee customer satisfaction and quality making sure our baked goods are always up to scratch, and our customers are happy.
KPIs: Help achieve key goals, balancing the books (and maybe a tray of cookies) while ensuring the bakery’s performance remains on the rise.
Stock Control & Ordering: Keep a close eye on ingredients stock levels and ordering so we never run out of the essentials.
Team Coaching: Provide training and support, leading by example with a positive attitude and plenty of good vibes. A happy team bakes better after all!
Hours: Flexible hours to suit, let’s chat about what works best for you!
About You:
Natural Leader: You have experience managing teams and love motivating others to reach new heights.
Baking Brilliance: You know your dough from your batter and your cupcakes from your croissants. A genuine passion for high-quality baking is key!
Customer Service Champion: Your ability to create a welcoming, friendly atmosphere means our customers will feel like welcome every time they step into the bakery.
Results-Driven: You’re a go-getter who thrives on achieving and making sure we have plenty of product on the shelf to meet demand!
