Baker - New World Rangiora
We are seeking an experienced retail Baker to work in our busy bakery. You will be a part of an experienced and motivated team who bake products to a high-standard and provide attractive high-quality goods to our customers.
We’re looking for a passionate Baker who takes pride in their work and producing high quality departments and delivering excellence to all our customers.
Key responsibilities of this position include:
- Producing a full range of quality baked goods
- Meeting store objectives in productivity, quality and presentation
- Presenting the department to a high standard, including cabinet merchandising
- Maintaining of our Health & Safety and Food Safety Standards
- Packing/ traying and cleaning
The successful candidate will have the following attributes:
- Passion for the industry
- Attention to detail
- Trade qualification or significant relevant experience (Level 4 Qualification or higher)
- Ideally at least 1 year experience in a retail environment
- Positive and personable attitude
- Great time management and communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Hours of work:
Sunday – Thursday 40-hour full-time role. This role will include some 2am starts but to be discussed in interview.
