Online Team Member – PAK’nSAVE Blenheim

About the role:

 

As an Online Team Member, you will be responsible for picking multiple orders at once, ensuring accuracy and guaranteeing the products that go into the trolley are of the same high standard you’d shop for if it were your groceries.

 

Your duties will be to assist the Online Champion to plan and organise the day-to-day picking, packing, and processing of all customer orders for the Online shopping department.

 

A key component of this position will be the ability to ensure all tasks are efficiently and accurately completed in a timely, professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction when they come to collect their orders. We value the importance of providing high-quality customer service and these new positions are no different. The successful applicants must be reliable, work well under pressure and thrive under an ever-changing environment. Being able to identify issues and adapt to those situations while providing feedback to the Online Champion for future improvement is also a key asset to have.

 

About You: 

 

  • Ability to multi-task is essential.
  • You will display high presentation standards, honesty, and an excellent work ethic. 
  • You will be systems driven, have a methodical approach to your work and be able to work efficiently with little supervision. 
  • Take pride in the work that you do 
  • To be active and work with enthusiasm, energy, and pace – you’ll be on your feet for long periods of time (lifting is also required)

This is a permanent part time position for the following shifts: 

 

Monday 06:00am – 4:30pm 10 hours

 

Tuesday 10:30am – 5:00pm 6hrs

 

Wednesday 10:30am – 5:00pm 6hrs

 

Thursday 10:30am – 5:00pm 6hrs

 

Sunday 06:00am – 4:30pm 10 hours

 

38hrs
