Night Manager - PAK'nSAVE Blenheim

What We’re Looking For:

We’re after someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in consistent, high-quality stock presentation. The ideal candidate will possess:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supermarket, retail, or wholesale environment.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• A reliable, accountable, and detail-focused approach to work.
• Proven ability to lead, plan, and coordinate night operations.
• Working knowledge of NZ Health & Safety standards and employment legislation.
• A current forklift licence – or willingness to obtain one.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

• Managing the Nightfill team and ensuring all operations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Overseeing training, development, and Health & Safety compliance.
• Ensuring shelves are consistently well-stocked and presented to the highest standard.
• Meeting company KPIs and supporting overall store objectives.

Hours / Days:

• Sunday – Thursday
• 9:00pm – 6:30am
• 45 Hours Per Week
