Are you an enthusiastic, skilled baker with a flair for leadership?
We’re looking for a Bakery Manager to lead our busy Bakery Department and keep our shelves filled with the delicious, freshly-made products our customers love!
About the Role:
Our Bakery is at the heart of our production team. As Bakery Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a motivated team, and ensuring high standards of quality, consistency, and food safety. This is a hands-on role where your baking skills, creativity, and leadership will shine.
What We’re Looking For:
- A qualified or highly experienced baker
- Strong leadership and time management skills Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Experience in the baking or food service management.
- Great with people – able to inspire, train, and support your team
- Reliable, enthusiastic, and motivated
- Strong teamwork skills
- Passion for delivering top-quality products

This position involves:
- Preparation and handling of food product
- Packaging and presentation of products
