We’re on the hunt for an energetic, passionate, and customer-focused Instore Sampler to lead our instore tasting marketing programme.

In this role, you will bring products to life through engaging tastings that excite the senses and sparks conversation. You’ll confidently upsell featured products by delivering persuasive verbal recommendations and creating memorable sensory experiences. Your friendly and knowledgeable approach will help educate customers about our products - turning tastings into sales.

We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a natural ability to connect with customers
- Communicates confidently and enthusiastically
- Has a passion for food and quality products
- Can work independently while representing our brand professionally
- Is motivated to drive sales and achieve targets
- Is physically fit and ready for hands-on work
- Has a commitment to food safety and hygiene compliance
- Is able to foster a positive, motivated, and fun team culture
- Has a collaborative spirit and drive for excellence
- Has previous experience in a fast-paced grocery or retail environment
- Has a cooking qualification. This would be desirable but is not essential.
