Are you reliable, hardworking, and enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment? We are looking for a Dry Goods Team Leader to join our Grocery team.

As a Team Leader, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day success of our store. You'll lead by example, supporting and motivating your team to deliver exceptional customer service, maintain high presentation standards, and ensure shelves are well stocked and operations run smoothly. Working alongside the Grocery Manager, you'll help create a positive team culture while keeping safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction at the heart of everything you do.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven leadership or supervisory experience.
• Previous retail, supermarket, or customer service experience is preferred but not essential. 
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic. 
• Excellent customer service and communication skills. 
• The ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment. 
• Good attention to detail and a commitment to high presentation standards. 
• A reliable and dependable team player. 
• Physically fit and capable of handling the demands of the role. 
• Flexibility to work additional hours if required
• A current forklift licence with F Endorsement, or a Full New Zealand Driver Licence with the ability to obtain the required endorsement.

Days & Hours of Work:

Sunday to Thursday 5:00am – 9:00am (20hrs per week)
