We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Baker to join our instore Bakery team. If you love working with your hands, take pride in producing high quality baked goods, and enjoy being part of a fast paced, supportive team, this could be the perfect role for you.
As a Baker, you’ll play a key part in delivering fresh, delicious products our customers can rely on every day. You’ll prepare, bake, and finish a wide range of breads, rolls, pastries, and specialty items while maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and food safety.
This is a hands‑on role that requires early starts, teamwork, and a passion for great food.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Qualification or experience in baking or food production
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing consistent, high‑quality products
- Reliability, integrity, and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and early starts
- Good communication skills and a positive, team‑focused attitude
- Commitment to food safety, health and safety, and hygiene standards
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership of your work
- Flexibility to work additional or extended hours when required, especially during peak trading periods or to meet production demands
Days & Hours of Work:
Tuesday to Saturday – 2:00am to 10:30am
