About the role


Exciting opportunities wait for a seasoned professional to join our organisation as a Business Process Management (BPM) Team Lead. This position offers a unique chance to assume a leadership role and steer the comprehensive oversight of business process development, implementation, and continuous enhancement within our organization, based at our Support Centre office in Papanui. 


This is a Fixed-Term position for a duration of 12 months, with potential for extension based on business needs.  Reporting to the Business Improvement Manager, you will be at the forefront of managing business process documentation and guiding the workflow of the BPM team.


Your role is pivotal in fostering a collaborative and innovative environment while ensuring strict adherence to the adopted BPM framework and tools:


  • Lead and mentor the BPM team for growth and effective performance
  • Maintain and evolve governance frameworks and process 
  • Implement performance measurement mechanisms for continuous improvement.


Our ideal candidate will be a strong, pragmatic communicator with proven stakeholder relationship management skills and a desire to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Experience working in a cross-functional environment to deliver innovative ideas to the business is a must, and ideally you would possess prior experience using business process mapping tools (ideally Signavio) and will be well versed in process improvement methodologies and developing end to end value streams is required.

  • Strong experience in analysis and process mapping
  • Knowledge and experience within a Finance setting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A self-motivated self-starter
